What is the minimum age to practice Yoga?

Experts recommend starting children as young as 5 years old with Yoga, often incorporating games, songs, and play to keep them interested. Older kids can progress to more challenging techniques like meditation and dynamic poses for overall health.

 

How will my child benefit from Yoga?​

  1. Yoga benefits children by enhancing physical strength, flexibility, lung and heart functions, sensory motor skills, and nervous system processing.
