Makarasana, or the Crocodile Pose, combines relaxation and stretch to help with sciatica, slipped discs, and even mental stress. In a world that often feels overwhelming, taking a moment for yourself can really make a difference!

How to Do Makarasana:

  1. Lie face down on a flat, clean mat.
  2. Lift your head and shoulders slightly, resting your face in your palms with elbows bent.
  3. Keep your legs straight and together.
  4. Breathe deeply and hold this position for 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
  5. Over time, aim for 5-10 minutes!
