Having a support system is crucial. Make plans with family & friends, or explore opportunities to connect with people who share your hobbies & passion.

  • Shake up your routine

Routines are efficient & make us feel secure. But consider trying something new can also be invigorating. Consider switching up your exercise routine, exploring a different restaurant, or plan a road trip.

  • Find ways to de-stress

Set aside 15 minutes for yourself. Don’t forget to smile and laugh, it's good for your health! Research shows it can boost your immune system, help with pain, relax your body, and reduce stress. Meditation can also help calm your mind and keep you focused.

  • Get a good sleep

And just not on your weekends! Try to get between 7 & 9 hours of good sleep each night. Make your sleeping area as calm and relaxing as possible. It's best if it's dark, cool, and quiet for the best rest.
