Step 2: Take your Car to a Garage

For cashless claims, take your car to any of our network garages.

For reimbursement claims, you can choose any of your preferred garages. However, ensure that it is an authorised garage.

Step 3: Prepare for the Survey of your Car

We will respond within 48 hours and send a surveyor to examine the damage incurred to your car.

Step 4: Submit the Required Documents

Provide all the necessary details about the car insurance claim and submit the supporting documents to the surveyor.

Step 5: Liability Confirmat​ion and Claim Settlement

We will review your claim documents to verify the liability and move forward with the car insurance claim procedure. If the claim is approved, we will directly settle the applicable repair expenses with the garage for cashless claims.
