  4. Step 4: Submit the Documents: Submit the supporting documents to the surveyor, including a copy of FIR, policy documents, driving licence, proof of the incident and registration certificate.

  6. Step 6: Claim Approval: Once we approve the claim, we will settle the repair bill directly with the garage. However, note that the expenses that are not covered by your insurance policy and deductibles will not be settled by us.

Depreciation

Consumables

Consumables include items like engine oil, nuts, bolts, lubricants, etc., used during repairs. These are typically not covered under our insurance policies, and you must pay for them out-of-pocket.

Deductibles

This is a fixed amount that you agree to pay when you claim your insurance. Deductibles can be either voluntary or compulsory, set in accordance with IRDAI rules. Each affects the total claim amount and is to be borne by you.

Driving Without Necessary Documents
