Introduction of the mobile learning app helped me to access the modules on the go and I could involve in learning at any time as per my convenience. Extensive usage of situational and practical examples made the modules easy to understand and assimilate. LMS has made it easy and interesting to learn important concepts related to work. I encourage my fellow colleagues to use this platform effectively.

Reliance Runner's League (RRL) is a wonderful initiative which keeps motivating the novice and the experienced to continue running for fitness and health. It also promotes very high-levels of appreciations for personal achievements from group members. I am sure this would generate a lot of momentum for a larger section of our colleagues to embrace a culture of fitness and fun. My motto is to relax and run.

Every year the Reliance Runner’s League (RRL) has brought the best out of us. Many of us have realised our potentials, happiness and change in overall character after taking up running. Reliance Runner's League (RRL) has most importantly shown how you can push the limits when you give up! Bringing in members from all Functional Teams across India, it has helped every member to learn and regular runners to bring out their best performances.

Reliance General Insurance Company Limited has provided me with a great learning experience and has motivated me to take up challenges and higher roles. The Company has a good work culture and environment. It’s easier to approach the higher authorities within and cross-department. There is a very good employee engagement across-department.

My journey with Reliance has been amazing so far. I have met wonderful people, got great opportunities and have worked with great leaders. This journey has taught me a lot, be it negotiation skills, listening skills, managerial skills or analytical skills or just-in-time management, which I believe have become my foundation and will help me go higher in the years to come
